The Process

  • After discussing your visions with you, we will draw up a contract outlining services, scope, and fees associated with your project.

  • Upon signing, we begin proposing selections for you. You will be able to approve or reject items through an interactive design site.

  • Once approved, we will procure your selections and services needed. Installation will then be scheduled once the items are received.

  • After inquiring about design services, we will meet with you to discuss your budget, preferences, and overall vision and how we plan to help you achieve it.

  • 1. We Listen

    Tell us your goals, your dreams, your biggest issues. We review your scope of work to create a Design Program specifically for your needs.

  • 2. We Design

    During this stage, we create quick sketches to communicate design intention. Together with your feedback, we begin space planning, finish selections, and start working on fine details.

  • 3. We Draw

    After preliminary ideas meet your approval, we create drawings and elevations of each space. During this phase we finalize all selections, prepare estimated budgets, and create a solid time line.

  • 4. We Procure

    Our selections turn into purchase orders. We use our large network of vendors to obtain the perfect pieces for your project. Our team tracks the products from purchase to delivery and helps navigate the sometimes tricky avenues of shipping and receiving.

  • 5. We Manage

    Over the course of the project, we are in constant communication with the builder & subcontractors to ensure design intent is actualized.

  • 6. We Install

    Together with our team, we supervise the complete installation. Once everything is in it’s place, we create a punch list of all items that need to be address. After you are living in your new space, we check back in to tie up any loose ends and make sure your are completely satisfied with your project.
